After a tremendous nine years in character offices at Vulcan Lane, Cranleigh needs more room for its expanding business and is moving to Zurich House at 21 Queen Street.
In the past four years staff numbers have grown from eight to 18 with offices in Auckland and Melbourne.
To accommodate its growing Auckland business, the company has signed an initial six year lease with AMP NZ Office, New Zealand's largest listed investor in commercial office property, for 328 square metres of space on the 16th floor of the completely rebuilt 17-level 21 Queen Street.
The floor gives staff and clients stunning views over the harbour and the city towards the Waitakeres.
Award winning Stack Interiors is guiding Cranleigh on its modern and inspiring fitout, featuring red carpet in the boardroom and meeting room, a breakout area for staff and a futuristic reception area.
Cranleigh's new boardroom and meeting room will open into one big space for entertaining clients as well as hosting company social events.
Director Mike Stanton, who is leading the company's move to new premises, says the office fitout doesn't come from formulaic thinking. It won't pigeonhole the company as a fusty corporate advisory company. Its clever ideas reflect the company's culture of turning great ideas into reality.
Stanton says the space is designed to support the team culture of the directors, analysts and support staff. We have designed an office where the practical and functional are inseparable and our professional face is balanced by our relatively young and laid-back culture.
While the office will be professional in every sense, there is an underlying feeling of friendliness and Cranleigh's relaxed style.
