Andrew Bayly, Director, BBS, CA, FCCA, FCCM, FNZIM 
After qualifying as a chartered accountant, Andrew spent ten years with merchant banks in New Zealand and England before jointly establishing Cranleigh in 1996. Andrew's particular experience is in capital markets and he leads Cranleigh's Investment Banking team. He has been involved in a significant number of mergers and acquisitions in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom, and has managed the listing of approximately 25 companies on the London and New Zealand stock exchanges. His other areas of interest include strategic planning and business development, corporate governance and facilitation roles. Andrew is currently Chair of a number of private companies involved in shipping, resource recovery and data management services. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the NZ Chartered Institute of Company Management, Fellow of the UK Chartered Association of Certified Accountants; and Fellow of the New Zealand Insititute of Management. He is also a member of the NZ Institute of Directors and NZ Business Council for Sustainable Development.
